Oh you video just made me cry. My mum got diagnosed with cancer in Febuary 2018 and in May she was told that she was terminal. She passed away on July 24th. I did everything I could for her and I would have taken all of her pain for her. I took a leave of absence from my job to be with her all that I could, and I held her hand when she passed. I will never be the same person again. I really feel your pain and I admire your strength. Your mum would be so very proud of you. All my love to you.

I bought my first ever set of hair extensions from you all those years ago right at the beginning, I watched ALL your videos😂 I must’ve been about 18, i’m 27 now and as you said the extensions are the best.. i’ve drifted away but always come back and everyone is always surprised when I tell them I wear extensions as they look so real. Anyway in 2014 my Mum died. It was sudden, she had a heart attack and I went through and still do some times that guilt of what could I have done to stop it☹️ My heart really goes out to you. No one can really understand the pain that the loss of a Mum leaves. I now have a little girl and it’s harder than ever without her but it is also easier. Grief never gets better but you learn to live with it and let it walk beside you. Stay strong and keep going. She’ll be proud up there xxx

So sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my dad 3 years ago, less than 2 months after he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. It took us all by surprise as he had never been a smoker or anything. To this day I still get emotional when I talk about him. When I'm sad I think of all the happy times we shared and how much he loved my mom and his 3 daughters. Again, I'm so sorry about your loss. I know first hand that there are no words of comfort at a time like this. I’ve been through the exact same experience, but it was with my Nan, who was like a second mum too me. You deserved all the time you needed to adjust, it’s been 5 months for me and my worlds still in turmoil and I can’t imagine trying to run a business or KZbin Chanel while feeling like this so well done you for coming back. I’ve only ordered 1 pack of hair extensions from you but they were absolutely amazing and lasted ages. Then I let myself go after having kids, how ever now there a bit older I decided I wanted to treat myself to some new extensions and start making and effort again and yours was the first company I decided to come back too. Oh Imogen I’m so sorry for your loss. There are no words that I can say to make you feel better...it sucks so much and that’s just the reality of it. I lost my beautiful mum in October 2015 and even though it’s been 3 years now I still have days I just don’t think I can cope, but I can and so can you. Never apologise for tears hun. A bit like you I’m currently pursuing my dream career (I’m in my final year at uni) and mum gives me strength every day to carry on...I just know your mum will be standing by you for every future success you’ll achieve.
