Brought in Mbuemo this week. Terrible 'entry point', but he's a must from gw6 and I plan to roll all tfrs for next 2-3 to restructure team around then. Plus I had exact money before he rose to 7.1m. AND, if he returns anything against City/Spurs his price is just going to rocket in next few weeks. Eze obviously has better immediate fixtures, but I need to play the long game with every tfr after pulling early WC.

Fooled around with some GW6 and GW7 wildcards, and the team doesn't look much different or much better than what I have now or can get to with a couple transfers. Gonna reassess around GW8 ideally after the next international break and see what things look like. Only thing that bugs me is not having Salah, and don't feel like ripping up the team just to get him in.

Raptor please use your reach to try and have a conversation with a player who has experienced going away for international break while playing for a premier league side. There’s so much speculation from the FPL community atm, but realistically I don’t see how or why our theory’s can be accurate. 99.9% of us have simply no idea what it’s like behind the scenes for players like Joao Pedro at the moment. Would be so huge if you could get an ex or even current international footballer on the channel/podcast soon!

I have Quansah, Trent, Jota but want Salah. I have 2FTs but would take a hit to sell Jota, free up funds in Isak and then replace Saka with Salah. Should I wait until GW5 to use 3FTs or get Robertson/Diaz instead? Expecting to WC6 but may save it longer.

Going to rotate Dunk, Pinnock and Milenkovic moving forward. Milenkovic got the highest xG (1 xG) among defenders even hes only played two games. Only 0,2 % ownership. Instead people flocking towards Lewis (0,75 xG) which is a minute risk. Alongside Trent and Robertson that is, as well as Raya as goalkeeper

Stats can be silly sometimes without context. Milenkovic had one chance and missed an open goal basically. That's where his expected goals come from. I am not saying he's a bad pick, far from it, but 3 gameweeks in people should look at the actual picture, not underlying data, since there is not enough of it. As it is, Milenkovic did nothing so far except screw up one chance.

Also in fairness of Robinsin Fulham only conceded 0.61 xG against vs Leicester and 0.45 vs Ipswich. So not keeping any CS very very much like it's just a matter of variance. I doubt they will go a whole season without keeping any ^^

Digne is not a good pick, I think there's eventually gonna come a time in the next few weeks where Maatsen takes that LB spot off of Digne and just keeps it.

@@alexandermcbrien264 Ah yes, like everyone said regarding Moreno last season :P Maatsen is the one with UCL experience and Digne with PL experience and neither having much of the reverse, so why wouldn't Digne keep getting used in the Prem? Also he has been absolutely brilliant so far this season. Maatsen can play even more advanced on the wing as well and could be eased back by rotating their wingers as they don't have loads of depth in those areas. Not to mention loads of managers will be wildcarding soon and are looking for for just the next few GWs, like with Brighton defenders who aren't great midium term given their fixtures. Feels like people are just masking excuses for him not to be a good asset as many have been burnt by him in the past imo.

We've got 5 transfers this year, What has gone wrong for you for you to be wildcarding this early and tracking flights? ... ...For a Brighton fixture where goals can come from anywhere, unlike other non-European playing mid table talismanic teams (Mbuemo, Eze, Bowen) It feels very much like people are applying NEW strategy (early WC), with OLD behaviours (target fixtures).
