Japanese intros are just better in my opinion. I understand that they want to follow a new path and renew the franchise, but do that in the game. Moon over the castle will be always the theme from Gran Turismo and has an emotional appeal that is not possible to describe in words.

If you successfully made a 34 years old, 6 feet tall, 240lbs, buffed and do heavy duty work for a living kind of guy cried like a baby in front of his computer screen because all his childhood memories rushed up instantly, you know you have done something awesome. Yes that's me and I'm proud to admit it, haven't play any video game for a long time but this really reminds me of all the good times I had with Gran Turismo series. The first video game I ever played was Gran Turismo 3 in 2010 as a kindergartener. From that point forward, it gave me a lasting expectation for what a racing game should be. As time went on however, I played more Forza titles. However, in the last year, I quickly realized just how lacking Forza was in terms of atmosphere and beauty. (Forza Motorsport 3 & 4 being the best, but far from anything from Polyphony.) Forza 7 is honestly a huge slap in the face to what Forzas 3-6 were like in terms of their presentation. 3-6 set up the vehicles in virtual art galleries that made you feel an overwhelming sense of appreciation for the way each vehicle was designed. Everything you did in those games put you at a sense of calm and tranquility as you contemplate the shapes and styles of the machines presented before you. 7 just threw that all away and put the cars in a noisy, grimy garage with rock music and mechanical sounds echoing throughout the hangar-like space. (In other words, a very stereotypical idea of what racing is like to the masses.) To top it all off, none of the sounds used in the menu screens for when you move around or select are smooth and elegant, they're just harsh clicks. The only redeeming quality of the game was the racing itself, but that just isn't enough. Having played Gran Turismos 1-4, I can agree that they are many times better than what Turn 10 could ever output. I'm not saying Forza is bad, far from it, but it lacks the same attention to detail as what Polyphony Digital has done with this franchise. And to that, its also why my favorite game of all time is the first game I ever really started playing. Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec.

i think or hoping they still on the list in GTSport but all i know that ever since Porsche's name couldn't appear in all Gran Turismo series the RUF name was the temporary porsche in the game since all of those RUF cars were identical from the original porsche cars now the porsche brand finally on the game with the GT3 RS in its debut and there's more cars to come like the cayman, boxster, panamera, cayenne, macan, 911 RSR or the 919 Hybrid in the following updates... but i hope kazunori-san will still include the RUFs because he must be thankful to them that all of the GT fans or players all over the world were enjoyed drive those RUF cars in the game while they were waiting to the porsche for so many years

I remember the day when I first touched Gran Turismo 1 and 2, those are pretty much a phenomenal racing game in their own days. And then, Gran Turismo 4 (I played GT3 a couple of years later after) was pretty much a golden experience that I think even if I can still play GT6 these days, I'll definitely prefer GT4 way better than that. and now, GT Sport that I don't play. It even reaches the point where it's one of Olympic category this year (despite the fatal cons of penalties); I can't feel much prouder than this. It has come this far.
