In the ending king Dedede did not drift go the Up Smash. It was actually the fact that he jumped that got him hit. If you slow mo you can see how he had space and could have drifted but suddenly gets hit, that is because when King Dedede jumps his hitbox just increases in size. Also as a King Dedede main, I think this match up is 45-55 in Steve favor only because of the Minecrart. Other than that this match up is pretty even.
