Best looking station I've seen. Makes mine look pathetic in comparison! However, I think everyone in the hobby should build their own ground stations. Very good learning an IMO better than buying a store-made one.

what's the name for those metal adhesives? what kind of product is that? is that laser printed?

This is a foil intended for laser engraving. It's a plastic foil in the imitation of aluminum and it's cut with CO2 laser.
