I feel like I'm going to opening night at the LA philharmonic . When I was about 7 yrs old I was taken to see Arturo Rubenstein play emperor. Turned out to be flagship recording ever made at that time. Does anyone remember midori? Saw her at same age. Same season play violen. zubin Mehta. Rubenstein. I thank my parents. I feel the same way about mycin . I thank social media and the Russian education system. How do they even imagine what is possible?

А любой шляхтич в " своей загроде" равен воеводе. Разумеется, Шопен разбавил снобизм танца романтизмом. Но от этого полонез не стал вальсом, полькой или ноктюрном.

Elisey, how wonderfully well you realise both the chivalrous and lyrical nature of this particular polonaise, which I also feel displays so wonderfully well the emotional depth and expression of Chopin's character, those sudden rhythmic flashes of patriotism, juxtaposed against the more poetically tender, nocturne-like melodic phrases.
