Frederique Constant is still a very underrated and especially under-appreciated brand! They always did their own thing in terms of designs (besides their recent High Life collection) as well as accessible complications. Glad to see them under the Citizen umbrella as I think that they would otherwise already struggle as nobody really seems to appreciate them for what they do. Same goes for Arnold & Son (funny enough under the same company umbrella) but in a higher price range.

first time googled the meaning of the name: "Its name is derived from the names of great-grandparents of each founder - specifically Frédérique Schreiner (1881-1969) and Constant Stas" lovely idea for a brandname, honoring your ancestors
