My dad never said he loved me. I too, felt in the way, I, his only child. He died only a few weeks ago, the last of my family as i have no family or siblings etc. I am a consecrated hermit. Cared for him to the end. Cared for my mother from when i was 6 yrs old. I have been a carer for 52 yrs. Now, though a hermit n deeply in love with God, i cry n feel so alone. Sr. Carol. Father, thank you so much for telling us this. I never heard my adopted mom and dad tell me they loved me, to this day I feel no love in my life. I know I was not conceived out of love, I know I was. not born out of love. I really don't feel God's love. I say my Rosary to the Blessed Virgin, I say the Saint Michael Chaplet. Regina i learned many years ago as I served the Lord for 16 years and opened his Catholic Bookstore 🙏 I had a prayer box and we used to cut the paper for all to put their prayer. I told people to just write the name of the person not what you want for them. One of my dear friends has MS and her husband left her for another and had another child. The hate and disgust was in her heart ❤. She wrote pages into the box and the next week again 10 years and she still does not see it. When you ask for something you want and it happens in another way you think God is not listening. He answers in his own way and time. Be careful what you pray for just the name. Something like that happens to me. I was in my bedroom watching a mass online when the priest put up the holy sacrament, I remember I kneeled and almost immediately something came up my head from my stomach and also felt that something came out with a horrible scream. The difference here is that it happened many times until it stop, after that I started hearing His voice and Mary. I was conducted to the flame of love and consecrated to Mary. She did everything. Now I live for Him

Beautiful Father, God bless you. I have been listening to different priests on KZbin and now I found you too. Your true story was so very touching. I had a simpler one back in 1975 that took place when I literally was trying to climb the walls to God cause I couldn’t take it any more, he touched me and engulfed me with his most extreme Love that I had never felt before. His love was so divine that I knew if I ever get to heaven it will be so beautiful, when he came to me, the first thing that came out of my mouth was “ Jesus is God’ and he flashed my sins before me and I weeped so badly cause I realized when he forgive me he carried my sins on his back, I was so sad for him, it was than I realized everything, he gave me the most love I ever had, I could feel him wrapping his arms around me, I also seen a vision of Mary in the background that told me to pray the rosary. I started praying the rosary everyday with my children and husband. The kids (7 of them) were all pretty little but they learned how to say it too, even my son who was 2 1/2 years old knew the rosary by heart. He wanted to grow up to be a priest and read the whole Bible at age 10. When he went to college a professor brainwashed his mind to believe there was no God. He is in his 40’s now and still thinks like a scientist. All I can do is pray for him to get his faith back, I know he is suffering and also said he wished he could believe but he can’t. He needs lot of prayers. Listening to your story Father has inspired me, when I here these kind of story’s it takes me back to 1975. I never had another real vision but have had two vision dreams, I just wish I could get that feeling again, I think I might have lost saying the rosary after many years when life was such a struggle on the farm, so when things go wrong in my family and loved ones, I alway think it is my fault because I didn’t pray enough. Sorry for rambling on like this, you just brought some joy and love to me by listening to you and your beautiful story. God is Love! Thank you

Amen. May the whole world sees his bright shining star in the sky and know that He is our God and guide for our life. Never heard such testimony before related to stars but Fr.Jim's story reminds me a dream I had on last Saturday (27th June,2020). In my dream, it was dark and I was on an expedition with a group of people. We passed by a vast field on a hill and suddenly when I looked up the sky I saw the stars suddenly formed into an equation like this: (symbol of star of David) + (symbol of the Cross) =... and I heard a voice said "I am strong". Then the cloud suddenly formed into a face of a man and a dog, both were smiling at us. I thought it was a delusion but everyone in my dream saw it happened and we were in awe. May many more come to see His wonders in real life and repent from our old ways and stay focus to the path to our Father.

I didn't know just how close I was to God as a child and teenager, sometimes receiving signs whenever I asked with a pure heart. I had a very strict upbringing. My father never said those words of love either. I often saw shooting stars as I loved looking at the sky on a clear night. I felt close to God. In later life I strayed unfortunately and was 'lost' for more than forty years.. But God never left me. One afternoon when I was so ill with a fever and bad chest I cried out saying how alone I felt. A huge cross appeared suddenly in the sky. It was made up of two strong jet trails with no planes in sight. This was so unexpected and soothed my soul immediately. "I'm here. You are not alone," it seemed to say. Call me what you will but I know the cross - a very large one - was not there a split second ago and appeared precisely at the moment I cried out to God. I took a picture of it and it's very precious to me. I know my Redeemer lives! And He is Love. I will never leave Him.

It’s 1:58 in the morning. I have been distressed over the same issue. Feeling strongly that God just puts up with me. Same feeling, I woke up and checked my phone and then I found this. 😢 I cried at this, thank you so much for sharing this Father Jim.
