Question 35 we can get pay of higher post and 10% of presumptive pay of lower post if additional charge is for period exceeding 45 days but not exceeding 3 months. Beyond 3 months DoPT permission needed. It is valid when u hold an additional post not in same office or not in same line of promotion.
