A for setting The main rhythm I will use mesa boogie and diezel because james always combines these two enhancers, the riffs for setting are: hardwired and wherewer i may roam. EB tuning

Just a heads up there are a ton of people dying for a Metallica pack made for the newest Ares firmware for the AXE II, and even the AXE III. No one has made one for the III yet and it’s stopping a lot of people including me from upgrading to the III. If someone, or YOU, were to put in the effort and create a “METALLICA MEGA PACK” where you either tone match all of the album tones or create them with can IRs instead of tone match, or BOTH, and you do this for the last firmware on the II XL +, and the III!? (I assume the work will translate well on both as it’s all Ares) I mostly want it for the II. Either way. I know that if YOU, or whoever spends the time and effort to create this, will make a LOT LOT LOTTTT of $$$$$ money. You could sell the pack for whatever you want. GuitarJon sold his Metallica pack that had tons of presets covering most songs on all albums, he continues to sell the pack to this day and charges around $50-60 for them all total. He hasn’t made the step to make an uodated version beyond Quantom. I personally feel and believe you have the Fractal skills to do this for all of us Metallica fan boys!!!! BE OUR SAVIOR AND CREATE THE ULTIMATE METALLICA PRESET PACK for ARES firmware!!!!!!!!!!! If I could take a month or 2 off work I would slave away and do this myself as I have a ton of Metallica stems to tone match. But I don’t have the time. I will try whenever I get time but who knows how long it’ll take. Someone’s gotta do it!

Chaz Faucher Brother, that is a great idea! But i dont believe that i have the skill to so, i make my own presets all the time. But making a tone pack like this is at another level. But i will give it some serious thought

There have been efforts from well respected preset creators in the Fractal Community but... Metallica's lawyers have been killing 'em all, LOL. Seriously, many preset creators selling 'Tallica presets where sent a Cease & Desist letter from the firm that represents Metallica. Of course, everybody's free to create their own Metallica patches and enjoy them, it's when someone is trying to sell them using the Metallica name or other copyrighted material to promote them when the firm comes into the scene.

@@AJVargasCovers Its amazing to me that this is still an untapped market for bands like Metallica to take advantage of. They are OFFICIAL Fractal users. They can keep their current live and practice room presets a secret all they want, but imagine if they came together with Fractal and created an official Metallica Preset Package. It would sell big time, they’d be printing the money! Fractal tried to do the artist preset thing but it didn’t really work and fizzled out. Like with anything else, you risk pirating, but if you offer things like regular updates with each firmware release and keep adding content it would keep fans paying I feel.

Flip i have never tried the helix, but i i know that the XL has alot of cpu, so sounds are endless

This video should be called how to scoop the mids lol. Nice video though. Well done and easy to follow along and great tone if that is what you are going for. I use a lot of different tones to build a song and I blend different amps but this is a half decent Metallica tone for sure. If you threw a tone match on top of it then it would be probably perfect.

I actually agree. I don't know if he uses these tones in a mix great but they sound...fizzy as fuck. And unnatural. I had a studio pre and a triaxis that could get more convicing mark sounds DI than this...
