I love dubstep. It's like sitting down in a really loud room, playing it, and getting enclosed in a nice little bubble of wubs til some a-hole comes up and asks you for a drink or something. Thats modern talking most definitely modulated by whats called a WOW filter box. It has this function called vowel mode which is what Fractal did right here. Skrillex used the WOW box on that initial noise you hear in Scary Monsters right as it drops. Notice how in scary it goes from an I to and E like IIIIEEEEE
