Not good fixation, working length of the plate not sufficient, delay all activity, toe to groin cast may prevent second surgery, good luck

ThankQ, Per op mainly full length achieved , used max length plate available and was planned Medial plate too as it was very stable stopped with only lateral plate ... our protocol start early ROM to avoid Quadriceps wasting & knee stiffness, wt partial bearing will be 5 to 6 weeks according to Xray. Will try posting follow up X-rays too.
