It looks like it’s based on the DSR-1, which has a similar layout. It’s bullpup and feeds from the rear mag, while it also has a spare magazine holder in the front of the rifle.

I feel like in a game that doesn't take place in real life, using IRL guns but just giving them goofy names and skins isn't really the play. Some original designs inspired by real guns would have been better imo

I don't think it matters that much tbh, real travesty is giving them the kind of names a 12 year old would come up for custom map pack-a-punch weapons in Call of Duty Zombies. Throw in a few weed references and they might upgrade to Treyarch tier naming conventions.
