I know this is an old review, bu I watched the entire discovery box and was intrigued which one you would pick. I'm surprised you picked this one. Kohl El Eyoun, is in Arabic Mascara of (or for) the eyes. I'm extremely surprised and you've made me extremely intrigued about buying that, seeing as it's the cheapest of the bunch |(guessing because it's funky), so I might give it a try. They have since released some more in the line, but even more expensive, but the quality and finesse in them is a notch up, so whether you want that extra finesse and quality is subjective :). I'm probably going to end up buying most of the Sawalef line at some point :). Thank you for the amazing descriptive, non-biased reviews.

Hey there! Thank you for watching the series! I picked the “funky one” because I have so many “normal” fragrances that now I’m on the hunt for something a little… or a lot different lol. The discovery set is totally worth picking up and exploring if you can. You have to come back and let me know what you think. I don’t get a lot of comments from people after exploring the set so I’m curious 😁. Happy sniffing!!

Great video - you have a new subscriber! Regarding Oud Maktum, what else would you compare it to? Did you get any smoke/incense accord?

Hey! Thank you! I would say close to a montale oud because it’s very rich and deep. Have you ever smelled any of the montale ouds?

@@TheCriticalVirgo Yes - quite familiar with all of the Montales. I suppose Oud Maktum smells something like a combination of their Dark Aoud, Bakhoor and Aoud Musk. The Maktum is very high quality though, I must say. I blind bought it after seeing your review and I have to say it was one of my most successful acquisitions ever. So thanks! I reviewed it here, if you wanted to take a look: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4G7daqXqNV4eKssi=WOjsCjsnGXfldNxt
