This is what sets you apart from other perfume reviewers here on KZbin, hands down. You introduce us to the *whole* world of fragrances, and you curate it perfectly. You truly are a 5 star concierge❤! I was surprised to see DK, I have always associated the brand with apple scents, but this one sounds intriguing! The Floraiku does, too. I will say you kinda hurt my wallet a little bit, but I feel you give us such an approachable access to a world that is so much bigger than current trends. I watch a few beauty KZbinrs who also do fragrancevreviews on their channels, and it's sooooo predictable and they only give positive reviews when they like something. I appreciate you so much. And I can't help but being curious about your view of some of the great classics - Mitsouko, Shalimar, Jicky (and I don't know why all I can come up with is Guerlain 😁. But I love all these. When I was 16, Samsara was my signature scent. Heavy stuff for a teen 😮!)

I found Floraiku at Harrod’s when visiting London. OMG! ❤ The fragrances are so different and so intense. My favorite is Sound of a Ricochet! It’s a woody, vanilla gourmand. It will knock your socks off!

Hola Arahi!! So, Flor Oud was weird at first, but I sent it to sleep and it's now a different fragrance which I like (I bought one for my mom too), while Hareem Al Sultan (edt) macerated nicely and it is now noticeable -a rather easy, uncomplicated fragrance-. A current couple of current loves are Hawwa Pink (Zimaya) and Salty Breeze (Autobiography, Paris Corner), while I'm having trouble with Bayn Al Asrar... I tested Guidance and loved it, but Paris Corner's inspiration isn't as nutty and creamy 😔 Long story short: thanks again for all the reviews and advice. Have a lovely weekend!

Hi Arahi! I am here! Thanks for this information! I am so in for the Une Nuit Nomade set! 🤓One house that I don't hear mentioned very often but deserves to be is Chabaud. A French niche house that is not too expensive! Many fragrances come in 30 ml, too. You can order a basic bottle or a fancy bottle. And their scents are beautiful. They have a gourmand line (my favouite is the cookie Biscuit one), and I am currently enjoying their Caprice line which are meant for warmer weather and contain lovely fruit combinations. I am wearing Caprice de Julie which has notes of blueberries, blackberries, edelweiss, watermelon and sandlewood. Their longevity is not great, but I don't mind respraying. Also very good is their Caprice de Sophie with apples, raspberries, oranges and lemons. The fruits are very realistic, to my nose. Nothing screechy. Soft and elegant and somehow romantic ❤️

Hi Arahi ! I AM HERE !!! and a huge BRAVO ! for this video and info/content ! I have been so curious about Une Nuit Nomade scents....Jardins de Misfah and Soma Oriental sound amazing,but I have not smelled them...yet. I have smelled Floraiku- One Umbrella for Two...immediate love ! 4 old faves from Donna Karan....one, her first scent (black "swan" bottle) and the sadly discontinued Wenge and the men's DK and Fuel. Carthusia is a house I have been meaning to explore. I have smelled Tomavicchi-Zenobia ! Memoires of a Perfume Collector (love the name !)....I have smelled Night in Marrakesh and it was very good. Had not even heard of Reinvented..(!?) until this video ! Needless to say...I am now curious !!!!. IMHO- The house of Serge Lutens has "calmed down" over the last 3-4 years....I hope they make it back ! I own about 15 of their fragrances ! Also...!!!....Jacques Fath ! Good morning friend and happy Saturday! 💐 Have you tried Floraiku Volcanic Flowers? It is at the very top of my wish list. I’m nursing a sample. It’s quite complex earthy patchouli spicy coffee scent. I also have One Umbrella for Two from the same house; a blueberry muffin w/tea that I reserve for fall/winter rainy days. I have Jardins de Misfah, Suma Oriental & Sugar Leather from Une Nuit Nomade and yes would recommend them all. UNN has excellent pricing and multiple size bottles too. There are quite a few that I have not sampled so would LOVE to get the sample kit. Okay….never heard of Reinvented!! 😳 I always enjoy learning more about fragrances that aren’t over-hyped!

Amouage, I love it but really dont know anything about these brands.
