Cuba-Oldtimer here(75 in Sept),just getting into this. No idea how you or Curly came into my viewing habits,but,I’m into it now. There are differing opinions on how/where to apply the scent. My issue is bottles with screw-off tops (no spray). Should I apply on my face/neck,as has been the habit,with aftershaves?? Should I apply from the palm of my hand to various/recommend areas ?? Sprays are one thing-open bottles are another.

I only spray my beard and my hair, the natural oils that you have in your beard/hair helps make the fragrance last and makes it last all day, even a cheap low quality ones will last all day. The most important thing is to take a shower before applying a fragrance, never use a fragrance as an excuse to not shower. I have always found spraying on your hair or beard work better, the skin just absorbs the fragrance and doesn’t sit well, at least that is my personal experience. At the end of the day, you can always just spray your clothes, spray the collar of a shirt, hoodie, jacket etc…

Apply some on the neck right under your earlobe (each side),on your chest and each forearm or wrist. And voila. Hope this helps
