Great introduction. A lot of people forget or don't realize that duration, projection, and sillage are all separate. a fragrance can project through a whole room but not leave much of a sillage, etc.

There is a difference.. and depends on what you want to achieve. And also how does the scent works on your skin.. I like parfum concentration, because i dont need big projection and i just love to leave a trail. Edt doesnt leave a trail, it projects a lot, but doesnt last long time in the air.. Edp is somewhere in the mid,depends on quality and scent notes.

@@dankkush1159 CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED JUICE!! And so is Bvlgari Man Black Cologne! Both my favorites that I've smelled from that line. I even enjoy those two over Man In Black. I sold Man in black because I needed money, of course, but also because a $20 fragrance I already had was damn near the same as Man In Black with comparable performance called Cremo Spice And Black Vanilla. Call me crazy, but that's what my nose tells me!

I just tested out Tom Ford's latest, Myrrh Mystere and someone walking behind told me I smell amazing. I felt as it the fragrance wasn't projecting but she definitely was able to smell the sillage trails behind me as I walked.

If you buy new formulation, you wont get such a great performance. Its watered down.. it was great, now its just a soup.. like Spice B E. The same thing, totaly watered.. le Beau edp is a beast ...reall beast scent.. Victory Elixir too.. very very strong, with great sillage and longevity..

@@dkarmusic5424 my Bad , but for me there is a small diference between Sillage and Scent Trail. Sillage is more Like projection and Scent Trail is what people smell Like when theyre Walking behind you. And Sillage is when theyre stand next to Like pretty Close to you.
