Have you tried Poets of Berlin? It’s a smell I didn’t think I would like. It’s very green but sweet. It’s actually very beautiful on the skin. I feel me and you have similar chemistry for fragrance. I think you be pleasantly surprised with it.

26:31 I also think that this fragarance has to sit after the opening, because in store the tester was much more sweeter and had very strong projection. I almost sold my new bottle, because of raw bloody metallic rose sence. But now I think, I should wait as you said. :) They say, that older version before reformation was much more stronger!

Yes, do few sprays of it and then let it sit for a good few months, I'm sure it will get richer and the sweetness will shine more. With my current bottle the dry down is very similar to the older formulation, but the opening is where I notice mine is a tad greener and less rich, but is still such a gorgeous fragrance.🌠Thank you for watching ❤

I love Mancera frangrances so much, and I want to get into a Montale collection - I would love to get your recommendations for some of their best (other than Arabians Tonka which I am already ordering) to give an idea of my tastes - although I love all kinds- I tend to lean towards scents like Juicy Flowers, Jardin Exclusif, I LOVE Velvet Vanilla and Roses Vanilla So sweet and ambery , but I also really like Fig Extasy and F*&%*#@! Fabulous Tom Ford so I like some smokeyish but I'm still trying to learn to appreciate the OUDs its been a challenge. I have Montale's Muklallot and I really like it layered with burberry Her Elixir. I don't have any stores to test Montale, so just curious where you'd say to start - I know you're a busy lady so only if you find the time, Thanks 🙂

Hi dear, thank you for watching! 🤗🌹 With Mancera & Montale fragrances is a bit tricky sometimes, I've purchased lots of samples from Vivantis and I've tested quite a few from their collections and I would recommend you to start with samples/decants of the ones that caught your eye the most. Also let me know how you feel about Arabians Tonka, I hope you'll enjoy it! What I have from them in my collection & love, besides the ones mentioned by you, are Instant Crush (a cousin to Arabians Tonka, it has a similar transparent oakmossy-ambery quality but with a sweet spicy gingery vanilla overtone and is overall much warmer, very modern, minimalistic yet statement at the same time, very loud as well), I loove as well Red Tobacco by Mancera, this fragrance is just something else in cold weather, it's made around a spicy tobacco accord (the tobacco feels rich, sometimes slightly damp from the patchouli but for my taste the patchouli is not too overpowering and it's covered in sweet and slightly sharp spices, I know the description doesn't make it sound that great but it's a staple for me in cold weather, however the feedback I've received on it was pretty mixed, people either loved it or hated it. Now some girly scents that surprised me in a very nice way - 'Vanilla Exlcusif' (similar to Ajmal Aristocrat Coral & Floral Blend by Parfumane) - a sweet creamy white floral accord with a sweet & aery whipped cream accord and a chalk like powdery facet that adds a dusty quality to the scent, this radiates a very princessy girly and sweet energy. 'Roses Musk' is a classic from them if you enjoy a crisp clean white musk with a rose accord, this one feels very elegant and chic and put together. If you enjoy more 'unusual'/abstract fragrances then 'Sweet Oriental Dream' is one to test, this is soo so sweet, it has a honeyed like sweetness mixed with the smell of baby powder and a nutty almondy quality, it feels very warm, concentrated and dense. Feminity by Mancera is a beautiful one as well, this one I've smelled it a lot on someone in my life and the sillage is very amazing, it smells sophisticated and feminine and modern. If you love the DNA of Choco Musk by Al Rehab & you want something more complex then Chocolate Greedy, also Precious Oud is a very unique boozy take on a barnyard oud accord with a creamy sweet gourmand accord in the background and oakmoss, the oud doesn't lean medicinal at all if you would like to explore some oud scents from them. Some I've tried & are very popular but they didn't work for me - Sensual Instinct (too sour on my skin, not enough sweetness, it smells a tad fermented), Crazy in Love (it's supposed to be similar to Arabians Tonka but to my nose it has a blue marine accord that pulls very masculine on my skin), Roses Greedy felt too soapy, like a luxurious rose scented soap but I'm not a fan of this scent profile on me, Vanille Absolue is nice but a bit too realistic/ too reminiscent of vanilla essence and too simplistic on my skin. Hope it helped and it gave you a place to start, look these ones up and see if they sound like something you'd enjoy. 🤗

Ahh I LOVE la fille de Berlin. It's one of the rare times I ventured out of my middle eastern space. I LOVE layering it with Shagaf Oud Aswad, and CDN Intense woman (Noir De Noir) the moss in the la fille de Berlin goes beautiful with the dark chypres. In cool weather it's AMAZING. I love your taste so much. We love such similar things.

Until I do the video I could let you know here what are some of my go to websites for fragrances, for middle eastern fragrances - A Rada Perfumes (for Junaid & Ahmed al Maghribi) & Parfumas (they have a wide variety of brands and amazing deals), Dubai Collection (for Paris Corner fragrances, they even sell decants there), Vivantis (they carry a lot of different brands - designer, niche & middle eastern), Parfumss (they have amazing deals on Montale & Mancera, I also got La Fille de Berlin from here).

I’m into abstract fragrances and Bulgari Black was/is still possibly my favourite fragrance from way back in the 90s. It was ahead of its time and something which would be considered as niche these days. I’ve still got a bottle but I’m wary about using it as it’s sadly been discontinued and very hard to come by. I read that Lattafa Ishq Shuyukh Gold is the closest Middle Eastern fragrance and I’m really intrigued. Your review just confirmed that I need to try it, if I can get that fragrance or the closest dna, in a more long lasting formulation then that would be a big bonus. What are your thoughts about the Armaf Niche line of fragrances? I’m curious about Niche Oud and Niche Gold but there are hardly any reviews about the latter, or the rest of the Niche line. I just trust your reviews and would rather wait for a video wait before I buy anything. Thank you for the great descriptive vids, as always❤

I've been trying to find them for months on end. I can't find them 😢. I fear they're not available in The Netherlands anymore, not even with those online grey market sellers... CK Euphoria was a disappointing fragrance to me. It took 5mo of maceration before it even became decent and now I still mix it with Paris Corner Amber Night (Dior Ambre Nuit dupe) or Purplelips Sensuel by Salvador Dali. As for what fragrances women find attractive on men I think it depends on the type of woman, but in general anything that smells masculine, clean and put together is a safe bet 🌠

Thank you for watching dear ❤🌹The patchouli there to my nose gives a slight darkness, it's not a damp/ wet or very earthy patchouli. It can overpower the fragrance especially if you try it in colder weather. The first few times I've tried it it was a note I picked up a lot but then I got used to it as I enjoy patchouli, but once the warmer months came the sweet cherry & chocolate shined more. I got amazing feedback on it in general but few women also told me they found the patchouli there quite challenging so I guess it depends. It's best to test it prior if you have the chance but it's a gorgeous fragrance worth testing 🌠

@@AFragrantGlance I've been watching you for a while now. And personally speaking, based on your tastes, I think it would be incredibly rare that you'd find one that you would enjoy from this line. They always tend to make incredibly juvenile, simplistic, and mass appealing fragrances. 99% of the time they all tend to be fruity/sweet too. I've tried/purchased over 20+ and I think I've only found maybe one or two that made an impression on me, but even then, it wasn't like they were anything truly unique or remarkable. I would highly recommend sampling or decanting for this brand in general. They are not worth paying the full price tag. I think the fragrance you may be thinking of by this brand is possibly one called glistening amber, or majestic woods. I could be wrong though. I'm curious about those two myself. 😌

Thank you for watching dear ❤🌹 I would highly suggest you to explore fragrance houses that are less available international, like Junaid Perfumes (they have such unique offerings and their bottles are like a work of art), Ibraheem al Qurashi (they have a beautiful musk collection with gorgeous looking bottles), Arabian Oud, Ahmed al Maghribi & any others that catches your interest. If you have the possibility take a full day to do some perfume shopping, have fun, test different fragrances, explore different brands, get lost in the beautiful perfume culture there and choose with you heart, I'm sure you will find there fragrances that speak to your soul 🌠
