Lattafa Asad. 4 to 5 sprays are enough for the office environment. 2 to 3 sprays on the neck and 2 on the clothes on both shoulders. For me, it gives me the performance till 6 to 7 hours. But I'll suggest using a decant first to check the performance for a few days.
