I got a question about the Christmas tree picture It looks like you might have left the plane band with the maker's Mark on it at the bottom. Was that intentional?

@@chrisschanen Thank you for the question I forgot to mention that I used some Tim Holtz Christmas Text paper to make a base for the tree that covered that up. If you look at the photos you will see it is about 2 inches of black paper with Christmas text on it.

Of course I loved this as I voted to see more frame crafts.. One reason being that a very good friend of mine has brought me " because I asked " every frame of every color and size one of her customers was going to throw out.. I'm up to 2 huge boxes of frames.. It was hilarious when you started with the snowman frame because I took a clock apart that had quit working and I knew I could do something with it because it's round and has bubble glass and it's in a nice Victorian frame.. I caught myself walking to the kitchen to throw out the hands and I suddenly said outloud "Sharon would say put those in my stash" .. My husband then said "Who is Sharon"... Girl I died laughing!!! So that clock is getting a snowman and I finally had to tell hubby who Sharon is... 😂😂😂.. Hilarious!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I love your creativity and your ability to put things that don't seem to go together together in such a way that you really create some very wonderful pieces - my one suggestion for the snowman would be that you would antique back the color of the middle of the snowman, only because the top circle in the bottom circle are so close to the background that the white just pops out, even if it is dinghy, because there's just too much contrast. In art school we were taught to squint at our projects to see if there's any one thing that leaps out visually... Otherwise, I think your snowman is absolutely terrific - the clock face arms are perfect! 😃
