[FRAMED] Episode 3 - Ryan Muirhead

Many believe that in order to have photographic success you must be the owner of extravagant large studios and only shoot in the most lavish of locations. Not true. Film photographer, Ryan Muirhead, has worked with large companies, numerous designers, talented makeup artists, stylists, and models around the country and has balanced a vast international fan base and following. And all the while, mostly shooting in the most simple of locations...his bachelor pad.
Muirhead specializes in film photography; an aged art that has most definitely never died and is currently hitting the photography world by storm. Muirhead's humor and undivided zaniness is absolutely infectious during a shoot. Although the tone of his pictures portray serious edginess and pensiveness, we assure you, the mood behind the camera is completely in the contrary. Whether the picture is taken by a simple wall or by a lamp, in his bathtub or on his porch, photography is his passion....and a talent nonetheless.

The new portra 160. Kodak replaced the old Portra NC and VC with one 160 speed portra film. It kind of bummed some people out at first but i actually like the new 160 film much more than either of the old Portra films.
