This is a great instructional video on frameless shooting. I am currently learning about frameless; I’m having to use Simpleshot flat black latex for 1/4” ammo, because years ago I lost part of my left index finger using a table saw, and since I shoot right handed, using 1632 tubes is difficult, so I have to use flat bands. I thoroughly agree with your assessment of using tubular bands; that’s what frameless shooting is all about!! Thanks again.

You say you would never use this style in a tournament- never say never!! When you can hit the target one hundred times straight, get in a tournament, and show everyone the best way to enjoy slingshots. And of course make a video of your success!!👍

When I shoot your style (off the nails) I can shoot all day long with good accuracy. But when I try sichuan style I hit my hand every time.

I got the Torque slingshot recently and it came with tube bands. The way it was set up did not work so I untied and retied the tube bands but still did not work. I was going to throw them away until watching this video. Now I will have to try this! Great how-to !

Great vid Keith clad to see you trying frameless shooting it's definitely fun I first started off trying it with flatbands plenty of power and easyer on the fingers whare as tubes tend to roll if not locked in on the knuckles so to speak but fun nonetheless if you want to give flatband frameless a go with out having to cut a continuous loop have a look at dankung they do a finger ring with inbuilt clamp so you can use your tapered bandsets in it 😉👍

I can just imagine watching half of my thumb tumble down range with 9.5 mm steel ammo. Maybe I might start with my old 10 mm plastic ammo first.

That's some good shooting I noticed your left (fork) hand drops slightly as you release the shot but you're hitting the target consistently I guess it's just one of those things 😆

smashed my finger nail yesterday trying to shoot rocks like this. never shoot rocks like this cos it will smash into your nail eventually. you dont get that problem with ball bearings.
