He’s back! So glad that you are back for the 2024 season. Was really missing your content, it always has your own unique personal spice which I really love! Can’t wait for more vids this season! This song is actually the earliest released official ESC song ever. The earliest one before that was Autumn Leaves (2015 North Macedonia) which was released on the 12th of November. Solo was released in late September last year but as that was not an ESC entry at the time it doesn’t”t count if we use that classification. Now on the main thing here, the song! It is a really beautiful and intense number. His voice is so beautiful and it sounds so perfect and smooth (like melted butter to me), the song is so intense, love the progression, the lyrics are so deep, I love the message of the lyrics and the different meanings they have, the instrumental is beautiful, his live vocals are amazing and I didn’t even realise it was live at first originally and he can really perform a song really well live. People have said that he outshines the song and I definitely get that but this type of song where the performer takes precedence over the song and it works for this number and I don’t think it needs a revamp or anything. It really hits first listen and draws you in for more. This could do super well, the juries will really eat this up and with an epic performance the televote could really love this but it could easily be hit or miss. Really agree with you in the video as the lyrics are deep but I can’t fully understand them myself even if they are very beautiful. Definitely one of my faves from France recently and of all time. A very strong 9.5/10 for me for the first song this year, and of course my winner so far.

He has a very strong voice, I love the tone and so far I think it's a strong entry, but let's see, if it grows off people compared to what we get, when the rest is revealed or not. To me it's a song which I think could be very strong and emotional live, but also some might think it's just another french ballad.

I was so surprice when I wake up at 2am and check my phone and I saw France's announcement! (One Euro fan in the Americas lol) And I love that was forced to wait until that get released, I'm agree with you Luke, this is probably my favorite France song... probably since 2021, but to be honest France rarely is in my top or anything so, the year start stronger and I hope that the other do the same and no give up

I think its a good start to the year tbh. A solid song. Idk if it'll stay my winner, crazy we share the same winner, but I have been known to put some ballads up high in my tops, even though I'm a Rocker Girl by nature, so i guess we'll see what the year holds. So happy you're back btw ❤

Welcome back! I hope you've had a good break. I can't believe that not only we've got four confirmed artists so far, but we've got our first song for Eurovision 2024! I don't think we've had a competing song for Eurovision be released this early. Some fans might find it disadvantageous to have such an early release, but instead of waiting a few months after an artist's announcement, get hyped, only to be disappointed with the song when it finally releases (we've been through this many times), we know right off the bat that what we see from France is what we'll get. What do I think of it? A good choice for France, but is it a winner? Way too early to tell when the national finals haven't started yet (apart from Malta) and we still don't even have the official list of countries participating in Eurovision 2024 yet. I wonder what the hold up is.

I will have nothing else but FIKmas as the official start of the season. There just aint no other way... 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏼‍♀️ About the song, i dont really love the production, the beat in particular. I guess they can really do sth special with the staging if they want to or go classic. But the song itself is... Good medium, ok.... and i dont see it change from there. Something is missing though, something Albanian ballads usually have by the way
