The runner's name is Asterix and the big guy's name is Obelix. ^^ France seems to be quite strong overall. I assume they're drinking magic potion before a fight.

I dont think so. it seems he was just leaning on his limb to push him up. Hard to see anything in this helmet. He wasnt even looking in this direction.

He was moving actually. When the french fighter decided to run the arm of the german was not down so I guess it was illegal, but clearly unintentionally. Very hard to see for the referees though

Not really. Only in your culture because you are obsessed with WW2, it's taking too much place in your media. Here in Europe we have no problem between France and Germany about the last wars or history. Same for other European countries. That's a very english/american thing to believe we have animosity about the past.

@gengis7375 жыл бұрын
Throat protection. The most dangerous possible hit once in armour.
@mace88734 жыл бұрын
They're checking to see if the helmet is properly fastened - sometimes strikes come in so close together that in theory, you could knock a helmet off if it wasn't secured properly, and the next blow would split someone's head open, without the one causing the injury having just a fraction of a chance to abort the attack. The aventail and padding protect the throat as well as the back of the neck, but often you'll see additional plating fastened to the aventail to protect the spine - chainmail can only protect you so far. Some fighters use a strap riveted to the inside of the helmet at the back and then wrapped around the lower face, crossing between the chin and lower lip, so that when they receive a frontal strike to the visor, the force of the blow will be transferred to the strap when their helmet is pushed back, and that force will be transferred from the helmet to their lower jaw, which is already busy biting down on their mouthguard, and thus lessen the impact of the blow because their jaw muscles will act as suspension springs, but a strap like that won't prevent a helmet from being ripped off, and it's pretty important to have your head protected, when someone is slamming a heavy piece of steel at the end of a long pole, into it.;-)

Il suffit juste de faire tomber toute l'équipe adverse et la partie est gagnée! ^^
@gengis7375 жыл бұрын
