Bonjour, 02:51 : pour être exact, ce sont les Rochers des Deux-Sœurs (2194 m). Le Grand Veymont n'est pas visible sur cette vidéo (bien plus au sud = à gauche)

Looks like they originally planned to double the first stretch to 2x4 as the first tunnel has a double at 1:30? Or is it just a tunnel mouth but not an entire tunnel? ? As the viaduct is not doubled??

The second tunnel is temporarly a service tunnel and the seconx phase will be double sens highway
