Balck Ferns fan here, but very glad that France's national team didn't do anything to prove "they aren't afraid", etc. Teams spend so much effects to showing their "resolve" "courage", or whatever the commentators say when teams show any defiance. France almost had it but "Carrie" had three bad kicks and the last cost France the match. Just hope that the Red Roses were not watching.

@@amorales5445 what game were you watching? from what i saw that was pretty much a packed out crowd last night and these girls are at the genesis stages of Womens rugby especially World Cup its the first, Growing up every rugby player or atleast 99% of the boys wanted to be an All Black never ever was the option for young girls to want to be Black Ferns !!!!!!! now girls all across the country can dream tha dream instead of the boring want to be an All Black role played out for decades.....seen it already nothing new to it this is just the begining for our Women Worldwide.

Fascinating When did Maori women start doing the haka? I always thought it was a display of bravery and resolve by Maori warriors before engaging in battle. Some might think it cultural appropriation going a bit far. Good luck to the brave England team who have displayed immense courage and skill! The cup is yours!
