So, question. (again, about nukes) If you get an international empire succesful enough that your starting 'core' tiles are kinda irrelevant compared to stolen capitals or resources, does it debuff you significantly if those 'core' tiles get nuked? Like, in order for a larger country to be 100% nuked youd need stupid numbers of nukes. But like... belgium is so small.. if you have a franco-nordic superstate late in a belgium run and *the handfull of tiles* that constitutes your entire tiny starting area gets TOTALLED with nukes, does that mid-late game international empire care? Do you lose claims to grand titles and control over territory moreso than a stolen NYC or Beijing getting nuked?

Hey, I only faintly remembered you asking about nukes, so I was sort of confused at first. Answering the first question: industrially, it depends on how many factories you have there. As for war support decrease, which is something that always happens when you get nuked/nuke someone else, I'm not sure if it matters if it's on a core territory. I'm pretty sure that annexed, non-core land getting nuked will decrease war support the same way a core would. Occupied territory during a war though? Not sure about that one. For the last paragraph: again, it depends on how much industry is in Belgium proper. If you nuked every Belgian tile - Belgium would be reduced down to 0% war support instantly. As for the last-last question, I'm not sure I understand.
