Yes. I watched the appropriations committee hearing on it. 2 years after the Air Force received it, and they said they were past it and didn't need it anymore, it could be donated to a college or what have you. Geophysicists know that ground penetrating radar can cause earthquakes. Super-heated air rises causing storms. Haarp is no secret. It was developed as an over the horizon communication tool before satellites. The hope was to bounce radio waves off the ionosphere and back down to a receiver over the horizon , or line of sight , that regular radio antennas were restricted to. I read about it many years ago in one of the science magazines , it was no secret at the time. I don’t remember what the results were but I distinctly remember they found that one unexpected result was that the high powered transmission was capable of shifting the jet stream.

12 days after this video was posted we experienced crazy snowsto with ligjtning and thunder in Stockholm tonight. It’s extremely rare and has happened in the past but not on the scale we have witnessed today. The same lightning was spotted over 25 km across the metropolitan Stockholm region with thunder claps enduring for almost 30 seconds. I lived in Florida from 1972 thru 2000 and I saw it snow in St Petersburg (west coast on the Gulf of Mexico) in the DAYTIME and that night it snowed all the way down to Miami.. Then I saw Florida go through a drought and the air was so dry it was equivalent to a desert and fyi, Florida is a peninsula surrounded by the Atlantic ocean, Gulf of Mexico and a mix at the key west end of the state so when you consider the amount of water around Florida one must ask "where is the evaporation going?" Many times I see airplanes using HAARP activities in my hometown preventing rainfall in my hometown,yesterday April 24,2024 I saw airplane emitting smokes trail in Don Carlos,Bukidnon preventing rainfall in my town.Bad Karma for people using HAARP to prevent rainfall in my hometown.

Rain Clouds are made of living microbes called pseudomonas syringae. These also make frost in the morning as they settle on clear nights. Herbicide spray kills them. They spray the clouds to vanish them away.
