Well it wont matter if you are poor, if you are a brazilian, you are stuck there the same way, for brazilians would be better migrate inwards than to French Guyana, Macapá is the biggest city close by to French Guyana, and i belive would be better suited to go there for brazilians, especially if you account that from there they can go to any bigger city from northeast, they aren't uber rich, but an honest person can still make a living there. Also the whole talk about brazilian refugees is pure BS, if this was true, Globo news would be passing this DAY AND NIGHT, and Bolsonaro would already be impeached. Another thing that call my attention is this drug dealer tatics... Brazilian drug dealers don't use intimidation tatics, and they wont risk to be capture by French authorities, when they could quite easily get a far better sentence in Brazil (we call our prisions spa's and not in a funny way...), none of this make any sense to me, the refugees, the drug dealers... this seems very suspicious...

That is not true, if the parents are not citizens or don't have residents permits the children are not french. Unless, if the citizenship laws of the parents' countr(y)/-ies of origin do not allow citizenship to be transferred to the child. Or a child born in France to foreign parents can acquire French citizenship at various points during their childhood and upon turning 18, subject to certain conditions.
