@@hirondelle8734 I'm on the waiting list for Starlink (SpaceX) and got an email recently inviting me to join up as a Beta tester. The monthly price for the service made me reconsider. It's double the cost of what I'm paying now and there is no guarantee of performance. Starlink sends you a small satellite dish with a receiver and a power supply by mail or courier. You probably will be asked to fill out a weekly or monthly questionnaire. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Glad to see the country doing something specific to tackle the growing trend of leaving the countryside and moving to the city for jobs. Having a healthy countryside, including small towns and farms is very important for the overall health of the France in general. Plus, I do believe it is the government's responsibility to invest in its own people by providing some opportunity for them to then come up with their own ideas and way to survive. And this opportunity is solid and quick internet access to as many disparate regions as possible.

They bring cash to buy houses, move savings into local banks, buy food and love movies, theater etc.. spend a lot of money for health care and bring a wealth of knowledge which can be used for volunteer work. What they look for are low taxes, fair food prices, safe, friendly inviting environment. We make economic zones for businesses to lower their cost, why not do the same for retirees.
