You are a conscientious seller, not everyone is. I have received 5 messages from sellers in the last 4 months telling me they no longer have the item to send to me. Since only 1 of them said they lost it, I can only assume that the seller sold it on another platform and did not remove it from eBay where I purchased it. So, be kind to buyers who ask if you still have an item. Put a note on your site that if it’s still listed, it’s still available and you will not answer any inquiries about availability. It’ll help people and yourself. 😊

Hi Clint and Becky we do have the option of being able to use our cell phones to answer our door if someone comes in the apartment building so if your superintendent has upgraded then you can have that done you will not need your house phone I am planning on taking mine out and taking my five TV out I live in Canada so I'm planning on taking my landline and got out because I have two Smart TVs in the house one of my TVs is run by Roku and the other one is run by something else so why would I need everything it's costing too much money much money

well dear l can tell you about selling on Facebook Marketplace it is hell people click ask all kinds of questions tell you they are coming lots of no shows and sometimes when you buy they ask for money first and then they do not show or give you a bad address some people sell broken items and some show everything but when you go to get it half is missing l always ask does it work and if all oarts are included and well l do not use it that much as even selling is a pain in the buttocks.........
