Item you thought was for diapers in fourth box is a plastic basket that holds bath toys. It can also be used as a scooper after bath time to gather the toys. They normally come with large suction cups to stick to shower wall.

the "Mishief Saving Box" is most likely a Chinese product and the phrase on the box is considered "Engrish" where the English is entirely broken. it's not supposed to make sense, most likely a phrase translated poorly via something like Google Translate. Engrish phrases are really common on cheap Chinese products!
