Yes, scan losers. I can’t remember the times no winning numbers were shown but the scanner proved winners. Also, know the games you play especially those “scratch my back” you could miss winners by not checking the back of some game tickets. Good luck

We have that ticket here in Texas and it’s awesome! I have won $500 twice. And I rarely play. Yes you can scan the barcode at the bottom and I suggest you do that every time regardless of what your eyes tell you. What is very suspicious about the legitimacy of these games is that every state has a game with the exact same style and rules, only different name and color. Makes you think its almost a racket. Look up the 750 million winners circle ( it is exactly same rule setup, but a game offered in different state)

I spent HOURS on the phone trying to ask California Lottery personel "Who is the law authority over Lottery games" Meaning who regulates, who makes sure there is no insider fraud.....To this day I was only told that the CHP (California Highway Patrol) is associated with lottery but could not get any further than that! If you can scan it before scratching that would mean you don't have to scratch it and if they're not winning tickets you can probably resell them cuz they're not scratched unless you have to scratch off the barcode so you can scan the barcode then that would not be good lol

In Tennessee I have an app that scans the ticket to see if it was a winner or not, that way I only scratch the winners if the ticket was over $5 or a large ticket. It definitely gets through the tickets faster, minimum is always at least ticket price
