Clint the reason a lot of the stuff you get that is dented or packaging is damaged is because the robots run over them. I know because I am an Amazon robotics tech and that is my pain in the butt because i have to go get those products under the robots all day.

I think that the polyway may be the plastic replacement for a side mirror on a car. Not sure what model, but it's shaped like a side mirror. I could see notches on the inside of it while you were looking at it and that looked like maybe a place to install the mirror and other parts.

Hey my brother. First thanks for your service in the ARMY. i was in the Marines and Army. Second The ware house that you get your pallets from in Indiana. Do they only have Returns? I never see shelf pulls in that ware house. they all come from Texas. is that also why you never get shelf pulls and only returns?
