The rabbit in box #5 - if it's made by Stieff, it will not be cheap. They have been making soft toys, especially Teddy bears, for about 150 years. Here in the UK, Stieff products are highly prized and expensive. If it is a genuine Stieff, it will have a tiny button shaped manufacturer's tag in one of it's ears. Just thought you might like to know.

Steiff is a super expensive company from Germany that produces 🧸 for kids. It’s also collectible here in Germany. Look into it it might be with a lot I got to flea markets here in Germany and sometimes I find them super cheap and sell them for more then double

Newer toys are hard as hell to sell used or opened. Even if it’s something that is a big seller right now I have trouble selling them on eBay or whatever because there are so many of them out there that everybody is fighting over the prize if it’s knocked down so much

Does box damage on a brand new item really hurt the value? I can understand on something like a collectible figure that somebody might not take out of law, but if it something like a Lego set, I don’t understand why that would matter if somebody’s just going to immediately open it up. Do you think that’s the reason that somebody returned it? I guess it’s possible that somebody collects them in the box but I would never return something that I’m going to open because the box is slightly dented. Hell, even if the box were pretty trashy if it something my kid was going to open and play with them as long as the thing inside isnt messed up

a liquidator hired by the retailer. Amazon probably has a division the that does the boxing.

the liquidator packages up the boxes to put on the pallets they sell, its all stuff right out of amazon return centers, all the boxes are sorted for a specific value... not all great items in any one box, they purposely do a mix fir just the reason like Clint does... resale vendors.. they want the buyers being happy enough with their liquidation purchase to keep coming back, but not put to much value into the boxes so they lose on the pallets they sell,its a business for amazon and the resale buyers
