Absolutely brilliant!! How to work an audience, never a better lesson. One of the great Scottish entertainers.( I think he found it as funny as the audience)! I doubt if those of the "Chewin' The Fat" ilk could stand up to this, and over such a long period of time.

Two young performers wanted to do their act on stage. They wrote to Rikki Fulton for permission. Mr Fulton gave his permission. But said you just cant stand there doing the words. Youve got to work the audience. So true. They were pros at it. Not easy i am sure

Have to wonder if those were the best wigs the two of them could find. They look like they should be propped up in coffins or something. Particularly the massive one in his tight suit, if I'd seen them as a kid I'd have been terrified. I know the 70s were a wasteland for fashion, but even so.
