The Northerners in Kenya have similar perennial challenges of raids, draught and many other unethical societal norms. Francis had a heart that sought for an end to this issues. He started an NGO with a few friends, with the sole objective of creating a resilient community. How? To solve the systemic perennial issue of poverty, he started scholarships for all the best students and needy students too from Marsabit. For over twenty five years after the inception of his NGO, Francis could report 95% success in his scholarship. His is transformative leadership.
