When my late Mum was alive, she adored Status Quo, and as she aged and suffered ill health, after heart attacks and strokes, it was always the music of Quo who got her through each recovery period. She'd tap her feet, nod her head (an 80+ year old "headbanger" was a sight to see!!) and sing along to every song as her brain recovered and was able to process the life she remembered and continued to get better. My thanks to Francis Rossi for his great personality, his great music and the wonderful help he (obviously unwittingly!) gave to my Mum, getting her through her various trials and tribulations. So good to see Francis doing so well himself. Long may he continue to be fit, well and to enjoy his life. ❤️🎸🏴🙂🇬🇧 R.I.P. to passed on band members... The Show must go on... 🎸❤️🎸❤️🎸❤️🏴🙂🇬🇧🖖

@@CB-xr1eg I interpret it as personal thing for him. He is all about business when getting interviewed and that is why he doesn't say that he misses him. Francis isn't the nostalgic type of person either which you would notice because he deliberatly chooses not to comment on what would be his fondest memories of his career. It's all about business and the now. Love him.

I seen them in the 90's at the Enmore Theater in Sydney. No money, no ticket, no shoes. I walked around the back and straight through an open door. You can tell he’s tired. There’s a sense of realism in his voice and demeanour. He wanted to reminisce about Rick but it’s not good business. It’s what happened to The Stones when Charlie passed. It’s the elephant in the room - don’t scratch the surface. Brilliant band. A stalwart of my youth. Like a faithful dog, The Quo have always been there for me.
