Thank you sir. Can you tell me what sensor reads the DEF quality? I keep getting code poor DEF quality, on a 2016 freightliner cascadia.

I have the same issue on my '16 Cascadia, however from my understanding there is no DEF quality sensor. Usually when the quality light blinks it also throws a code for nox outlet sensor. I just do a forced Regen, clear the codes and keep going. You can buy a handheld tool on Amazon for about $200 to do the job.

@@foltzenlogel I'm doing a forced regen every two or three days. I've done 18 since the first of the year. At one point it would not regen, I had to replace the DEF pump, a few days later back to engine lights and the blinking def light and forced regens.

I had 18 cascadia that had the same issue You are referring to the first time I replaced the output nox sensor less than a week later same problem I took the dosing valve off took it apart And cleaned it never had the problem again. I had lots of people they told me not to do this but I did it and it worked for me doesn’t mean that it will work for you there are a couple videos on how to do this on KZbin.

Hey!! I have volvo with cummins isx 15 I got code spn 0 5394 fmi 5 on dash. Comes check eng light and def level low light at the same time. I replaced the doser harness connector. And after 1k miles its again same code. What you think its doser prob or another prob??

I bought a Volvo full condo. Brand new in 2014. The most comfortable truck with table etc. But the most defective truck with CHECK ENGINE lights all the time.... As soon as I got it out of the dealership with only 22 miles on it. Best Advise GET RID OF IT, NOW !!!
