The wind is the Holy Spirit. But I have a very honest question, if someone with revelation knowledge can answer. Wasn't the quail God sent from the East was because He was angry with them, they were being very greedy. He had already sent manna, and before they could finish eating and chewing the quil He sent a very, very bad plague upon them and they died. Because they were not satisfied with the provision of manna, God had already given them, and all they did was mumble and complain.
