​@@lluisgraciagracia9182Cierto. Kraus era capaz de hacer eso porque su timbre ligero le permitía ese tipo de virtuosismos. Recordemos que Kraus siempre dijo que él era tenor ligero. Sin embargo, con una voz demasiado grande como la de Bonisolli se puede entender que no llegue a ese D5. Otro detalle es que en la partitura finaliza con D4 y el D5 es la un plus del tenor para demostrar tu capacidad y dominio vocal. Un abrazo.

@@NHL895 Вы не имеете никакого понятия о предмете, о котором пишете. Бонисолли - тенор спинто и поет здесь ЛИРИЧЕСКУЮ партию герцога, отчего и возникает ощущение, что он что-то изрыгает, напрягается и тд. НО существует традиция исполнения ДРАМтенорами казалось бы лирических партий, традиция давняя. Потому что партия иногда начинает играть новыми красками. Если бы хоть слово из того, что вы пишете было бы правдой, он бы завершил карьеру уже лет в сорок, сорвав связки, а именно ОН до пожилого возраста сохранял свежий и звонкий голос - послушайте хотя бы здесь на Ютубе его исполнение Рудольфа в Богеме за пару лет до смерти. И, уж тем более, если бы у Бонисолли были проблемы с музыкальностью, то его бы не приглашали лучшие театры, и он бы не сотрудничал с великими дирижерами. С чем у него были проблемы, так это с дисциплиной и буйным нравом, но это уже совсем другая история...

Corelli a los 35 años ya cantaba la donna è mobile en La#, che gelida manina en Si natural. En cambio Bonisolli hasta su muerte en 2002 mantuvo las notas siempre las notas correctas. Che gelida manina en Do, di quella pira en do etc etc.

The move he does at 1.41 is cartoonish, would be brilliant in one of the opera-themed Tom & Jerry episodes. Brilliant voice, if a bit out of place in the role by this stage in his career. People criticizing him should have a listen to his version of "Je crois entendre encore", showed he was more than capable of lyrical singing when he wanted/bothered.

Vocally impressive, he was an absolute phenom. I think, however, he's totally out of repertoire: the tempo of the cabaletta is incredibly slow, due to the heaviness of Bonisolli's voice. If a lirico-leggero can't sing Otello, a spinto-dramatic can't sing the Duke.

Das war alles zu "meiner Zeit" als Jugendliche am Stehplatz der Wiener Staatsoper. Damals empfanden wir Bonisolli als den Minimalstandard... gut aber naja... wir hatten bessere Sänger. Und dann kamen Carreras, Pavarotti, Domingo und Alagna... haha! Seither und besonders heute weiß ich erst zu schätzen, was für ein Privileg es war, auch Bonisolli auf der Bühne erleben zu dürfen! That was all in "my time" as a teenager at the standing area of the Vienna State Opera. At that time we felt Bonisolli as the minimum standard ... good but well ... we had better singers. And then came Carreras, Parvarotti, Domingo and Alagna ... Since then, and especially now, I have only come to appreciate what a privilege it was to be able to experience Bonisolli on stage!

Staatsoper einige, die besser waren - besonders in Aida... er war der Standard - ich hatte das Glück, dass es zu "meiner" Zeit (ich war auch 11-15) zahlreiche großartige Sänger und Sängerinnen an der Wr. Staatsoper gab! Mein Liebling war Aragall (natürlich nicht in Aida), aber ich würde nicht sagen, er war der "Beste". Er konnte echt göttlich singen, aber eben nicht immer...wie Bonisolli.

@@AG-zw1ce Stimmt, das sehe ich auch so und doch gibt es Qualitätsunterschiede - mir fallen zB Birgit Nilsson und Grace Bumbry sofort ein, deren Leistungen zB kaum je unter ein bestimmtes Niveau gefallen sind, Corelli war auch so einer, Theo Adam auch, auch Erich Kunz in seinem Fach, Peter Schreier, Cesare Siepi, Nicolai Ghiaurov... ich müsste nachdenken, aber es fallen mir sicher noch einige ein aus "meiner Zeit". Aber kann sein, dass ich das zu verklärt sehe.

@@ulrikewermann1268 Eine generell interessante Diskussion wie definiert man einen großen Sänger abseits des subjektiven Fantums. Wenn ich sage Bonisolli war der Beste oder einer der Besten kann ich das damit begründen dass er allen seinen Partien stimmlich wie stimmtechnisch (von Indisposition zb durch Krankheit an gewissen Abenden abgesehen) hundertprozentig gewachsen war, überhaupt die elementare Grundvoraussetzung um als Sänger künstlerisch agieren und interpretieren zu können. So gesehen sind mir die Karrieren gerade von Leuten wie Herrn Domingo und Carreras vollkommen unnachvollziehbar. Herr P. konnte diesen Anspruch in seiner Jugend wenigstens in bestimmten Partien erfüllen. Und wer ihn natürlich erfüllt hat war ein Alfredo Kraus mit seiner Stimme in seinen Partien. Subjektiv ist dann natürlich immer spricht mich die Persönlichkeit und Interpretation eines Sängers an oder nicht. Da kann es zwangsweise nur schwarz und weiß geben. Bei Vergleichen sollten wir eigentlich fairerweise unter den Tenören bleiben - die haben es am Schwersten und dann auch möglichst unter den dramatischeren. Peter Schreier hätte man wahrscheinlich überzeichnet gesprochen in der Nacht um drei mit Grippe aus dem Bett holen können und es hätte noch funktioniert. Weil Sie die von mir nicht nur verehrte sondern vergötterte Grace Bumbry angesprochen haben auch von ihr gibt es Aufnahmen in denen sie einfach schlechte Abende hat. Ein Beispiel ist der Nabucco aus Paris unter Santi mit Milnes. Bleibt immer noch Bumbry aber halt an einem schlechten Abend gemessen an ihrem Niveau.

Don’t get me wrong here at all.. vocally the man is incredible, virile, athletic and just awesome... but he is a total unashamedly honey glazed HAM!!! The class and elegance level is pretty low. You can see other great artists getting huge applause for much longer and they don’t break character and jump around begging for more applause. It’s a bit ridiculous really. But as I said, vocally amazing

Questa affermazione è davvero meschina e bugiarda quando cantava a all'Arena a Verona (Franco riusciva sempre a riempirla) gli applausi di 20mila persone non erano certo per i saltelli accattivanti che dice lei!!! in Austria e Germania ancora lo ricordano come un grande della lirica non per i saltelli.
