La sua voce è in questo brano, come timbro , vicino a quella di un tenore drammatico. mentre Franco ha cominciato la sua carriera come tenore che possedeva agilità non comune nonchè una disinvoltura sula palcoscenico invidiabile. grande e sfortunato artista.

gentile Sig.a Bruna, leggo spesso i suoi positivi commenti su Franco e la ringrazio! (io sono il fratello di Franco)in questa occasione desidero puntualizzare che Franco non è stato certo sfortunato nella sua carriera: se penso che ha cantato neo più grandi teatri del mondo (come quelli fortunati) riscuotendo un successo pari al loro. Se sfortuna è non essere stato apprezzato dal "sistema" che lui ha sempre combattuto, allora è stato "molto" sfortunato. d'altra parte chi ha apprezzato le sue doti artistiche come Lei. sono molti di più di chi non lo ha reso "celebre per il sistema" se poi vediamo cosa ci offre adesso il sistema che ha denigrato Franco...........!! (l'ultimo Alfredo di Traviata all'Arena non si sapeva dov'era!)

@@renatobonisolli6039 non posso che ripetere ancora la mia stima per Franco che ho conosciuto tanti anni fa alla Scala........... facevamo entrambi audizione in quell'importante teatro e abbiamo conversato a lungo dopo l''esecuzione del mio brano ( lui aveva cantato prima di me ed è stato ad aspettare che io finissi per conversare poi con me . ci salutammo dandoci un caldo arrivederci in teatro .... mentre io ho cambiato i miei programmi e dopo un po' di tempo ho lasciato il teatro ... portando però con me ricordi belli come quello di un Franco Bonisolli molto autocritico e tanto severo con chi era in teatro a cantare e non aveva uno strumento vocale degno. la saluto e mi congratulo per la grandezza artistica che possedeva Franco.

Of cause no Krauss or Gedda but very impressive He is more the Corelli kind of Faust . I rather like a lyric kind of Tenor for this but he does a great job with feeling and emotion

Corelli has had perfect technic and breath control and sang with great passion any aria. Bonisolli has an italian temperament (in really good sense of a word), but lyrical repertoire he had sang softer then Corelli. He sang it like actual lyric tenor would do. And I don't really know why compare them? Different people, different voices...

@@georgioverini2299 100% AGREE. And this aria is properly done also by great Georges Thill. But who can knock down the impossible version by Pippo! Franco Bonisolli is a special tenor, his delivery is always worth the time.
