I feel like 2025 will be Frankie's last year in GP unless he finds more improvement. However, with his knee doing the big explode in 2021, then his head injury in testing, his assessment of this year isn't unfair. The guys basically started the year on -10 compared to everyone else, spent the first 2 races wobbling round at the back working out how the controls on the Ducati worked, then finished level on points with Alex Marquez. Frankie without the knee injury is one of bike racing's great what ifs, he was already on 2 podiums in 2021, then pop.

I said at the beginning of 2021 he's never win another race.. he made his reputation on the 2019 M1, which was much better than the 2020 M1

Feel like it’s maybe his last year to really show something. That being said, he gets ragged on alot while you’ve got guys like Alex Marquez everyone gives a pass for doing almost nothing ever in the premier class.
