I learn so much every time I watch one of your videos. Thanks for making them.

Hey, thanks for watching, this one's a little long, I also lost some footage so it's kind of disjointed.

I am relatively new at malting & following the advice of Christopher A. which should improve my malting efficiency. Love your drier. I need to build one just like it. I've used the kitchen stove oven a couple times but was fearful that it would destroy the enzymes, after all oven thermostats are not known to be particularly accurate. Your video was quite good. Next week I will try to duplicate your method using our Excalibur drier and a thermometer. There is no thermostat on the drier but I can control the heat temperature with a rheostat. Thanks.

I know this is old, but just had to say your resources have been invaluable. Being from Australia, really appreciate the metric conversions! Malting my first batch this week, has all gone to plan because of you. Cheers mate👍
