i have my clb 5 in all, i told my employer to provide me job letter but they denied . It is only possible if your employer have small Canada based business like Restraunts and small stores such as gas stores . Bcz my company was USA bases they denied , they said they do not take part in immigration.

Oh shoot, I understand ! What other options did you consider? And how about aiming for NCLC 7 for PR since you're already so close ?

They denied to provide job letter or support in immigration because job letter is very easy to get.

2 years if your employer agrees to provide lmia exemption code job letter

Mam what can be shown as French language proof.. Lets say i show my certificate from some local indian french language institution, which teaches foriegn languages basically. And write in letter of explanation that my TEF exam results are awaited... Will that work.. I can give TEF results while at the stage of filing work permit... Pls reply mam.. Very urgent

Hi, as far as I understand, you need to show your TEF exam results for intermediate-level proof of French proficiency. I'm not certain if certificates from a local institution will be accepted in place of TEF results. However, I would strongly recommend verifying if is acceptable with the immigration authorities or a certified immigration consultant to make sure it won't affect your application process.
