What if he's not guilty? I read about his trial and investigations. So many unrelated things .... Strange people appeared during the investigation. Police and doctors said he could not commit the crime, or move the body. And all this time he has claimed innocence. Apparently he had some problems with the law when he was young and that mattered in the investigation. I understood that he got very close to God in prison. To support your innocence for so many years and even after the date of execution has been set for him to say the same thing? What if he's innocent?

Even if he's innocent in HER DEATH he was still a convicted CHILD MOLESTER he prayed on children already that alone should have been enough for execution. @@bretlinden8248 I agree although I do not agree with their recent ruling where they sided with Arizona regarding 2 death row inmates. They should have sided with the inmates. The 6th amendment and other amendments trumps federal law that prevents them from hearing evidence or cases that wasn't vetted by a state court first. I trust the US Supreme Court more than the ninth circuit too, but they have definitely made questionable rulings. In the case of the 2 death row inmates, they definitely need to correct that ruling. Those who executed an innocent monk will get their justice. The real murderer was never caught, this is what is really sad. The American government is so stupid… they just needed to find any victim to blame, just like a mob of uneducated peasants in the Middle Ages. Nothing changed since then it seems… the mother of a murdered child is so full of hatred that she would kill anyone innocent just to feel “better”. But she is probably a godless person who can’t differentiate between the good and bad. I feel pity for this woman. I hope she won’t go to hell after executing an innocent man, because in this case she won’t see her daughter even in the afterlife.

Free will is impossible. No one is in control of their actions. No one deserves credit or blame for anything.
@educationalporpoises95922 жыл бұрын
That's utterly false.
@albusprimus2 жыл бұрын
@@educationalporpoises9592 If the state of the Universe (which includes one's mind) at a specific point in time uniquely determines the state of the Universe at a later point in time, and this process is the same for preceding and succeeding points in time, one has no way of escaping one's fate. (In this paragraph I am referring to determinism. Determinism implies that for a given situation there is only one possible outcome. This is not compatible with free will.) If, on the other hand, the state of the Universe at a specific point in time can lead to two (or more) alternative states of the Universe at a later point in time, then there is a possibility one could escape one's fate. But one wouldn't be given any control. It would be a random process. It would be the same state of the Universe that preceded all the possible alternative states of the Universe at the next point in time. This leaves no room for control. An indeterministic event offers no way of controlling the outcome (or rather the part of the outcome which is due to indeterminism). Assume that at a given time t0, two outcomes are possible, outcome A1 and outcome B1. The state of one's mind at t0 can not decide whether it is A1 or B1 that will be realized since this would violate the assumption that both A1 and B1 are possible outcomes. The mind is not controlling the outcome in this case. (Quantum mechanics is generally assumed to not be strictly deterministic. It is well known, however, that Einstein objected to this.) What one deserves does not depend on things beyond one's control. The lack of control means that no one deserves credit or blame for anything.
