This season I felt sorry for Billy, after all, he didn't remember hurting Frank's family, to him they were still brothers 😭 (I felt that way until he started killing innocent people 🙄☹️) Great edit!

U have a kife and one say u wake up carved up in a hospital bed with cops around u saying u are a killer, a monster and having therapy dont even knowing why and then see ur fucked up face and cant even sleep, ur life changed, ur purpose.

I never felt bad for him at all cuz he did horrible things and lied to himself about being alone the worst part was betraying Frank and his family and people over look that Billy is responsible for killing Franks family he tipped off rawlins after all he may have not "pulled the trigger" but it's still his fault in the end he got what Frank gave him from tearing his face up to shooting him dead nothing will excuse his crimes nothing

Of all the attempts at putting the punisher on screen, without a doubt he has been the best. There may be a better actor out there, but it hasn’t been done. I would love there to be more of this, but the idea of a 3rd season scares me. Netflix isn’t Netflix anymore, they and marvel/Disney have both gone woke, and any future portrayal, especially if Disney steps in, will be toned down a tone and you won’t even recognize the show anymore.

I don't care what anyone else says, Billy Russo was the best thing about season 2 of The Punisher. John Pilgrim was also an incredible "villain" and very complex, I liked his character a lot. But Billy made me cry in the last episode. Having served in the military for 7 years i couldn't help but feel for the guy every time he would say something like "Frank is my brother. We were brothers." and the one that broke my heart was "How!? How could they make him hate me!?" He really did not know what he had done to Frank, whom Billy views like a brother. Also i found it fascinating how his brain automatically went into denial when he said to his girlfriend "Even IF i did what they say i did..." deep down he probably believed that he was capable of doing that for money and power but he still did not want to believe that. He knew he was guilty but simply couldn't remember and therefore he himself can't explain how he could betray his brother and do nothing while Frank and his family were gunned down like dogs. No matter what you can tell that he loved Frank's family like they were his own family, but he fucked up. He did something that is unforgivable and that's what makes it so tragic. He isn't really a evil man, he is greedy and full of anger because his parents abandoned him and he never had a family of his own, he was alone in the world until he met Frank but he threw it all away for money and power. When i saw him in that dumpster, all alone, with two bullet holes in his gut, and when he realized that it's all over and started laughing with tears in his eyes, man... Ben Barnes did a FANTASTIC job playing Billy Russo. And that last scene with him and Frank, he wanted to apologize and he was glad that it was Frank who came to "be with him" in his final moments, of course Frank shot him before he could say "I'm sorry Frank". I like to believe that Frank felt sorry for Billy, seeing him like that, dirty, weak, scared and dying. He shot him not because he wanted revenge, he already got that, Billy had nothing at that point, NOTHING! The real punishment would've been him surviving and going to jail, Frank did him a favor when you think about it, he put him out of his misery. RIP Billy Russo.

The show really chooses what you’re gonna feel about the characters. In Season 1, it makes you hate Billy. And in Season 2 it makes you feel sorry for him when Frank kills him

The problem with the Punisher is that he doesnt have a rogues gallery aka Batman. Mostly because he kills everyone. Jigsaw is really his only villain, so killing him off leaves a vacant hole that really cant be filled.

Frank showed Billy mercy. I really wanted Billy to change, but he resumed his old ways, and turned gets into criminals. Billy had a 2nd chance. He threw it away.

Frank and Billy's story arc was brilliant and sad. I went from hating Billy just like frank, to being genuinely sad when he died. Didn't forgive him, but it's sad seeing Billy just wanting to be Frank's brother again. One of the best parts of season 2.

I really hope netflix Do s3 wish belly russo escape from death and frank explore that his familly still alive somehow so he fight to know where is his Familly and save Them. if so belly russo must been tooked his part of pain cuz what he did in afghanistan, and Frank would get his life again, pretty sure this scenario can be done cuz on the show details about death of Frank familly wasn't enough to be sure 100% that his familly dead What Do you think guys?
