Mr. Gashumba I was born in Uganda and grew up in rwanda and in 2008 I started living in Kigali but I can tell you I wonder how Kigali was transformed to such extent. In rwanda no one is above law even ministers, generals, judges everyone, so many big fishes here who are in prison. So my brother when the law is not act nothing can be achieved

In December 2023, I visited Kampala from Kigali, I was there previously in 2007, however I was shocked to se no difference, dirty road, lights not working, poor roads, Oh my God those bodaboda! I took a bodaboda only to decide that I will never take it again! However I found that Ugandans are good people, they only deserve better leadeship.
