What a brilliant event here at Rallye Monts et Coteaux in France.
We could learn a thing or two from these guys and girls. 3 fantastic tarmac stages run twice with a 10k, 13k and 24k stage that threw everything at you. Absolutely first class from start to finish. And I repeat, ONE chicane!!!
I think they now know what they are missing not having modified Millington powered Mk2 Escorts here.

Especially in the forest, I've always wondered if it is the way sound reverberates off the trees before it reaches one's ears (or the recording device) that makes it sound like a hungry, angry predator. I watch a lot of rally footage, and Baby Blue's Milly has such a distinct engine note, you can hear them coming from a mile away.

I'm not sure about the huff, here and there, from that Millington. It's like a windage thing. Electric vacuum pump on that frank? Have you done a leak down? It runs so good. It's not hurt.

Keep it simple Nigel. After the safety equipment concentrate on making your car reliable and do as many events as you can. Go faster parts can come later. Good luck.
