YineTime well let‘s see what 5B brings but yeah it doesn‘t look to good for us flaurel shippers these days 😂 well actually kinda, I find the lyrics very fitting to their storyline so far. I mean clearly frank still does love laurel, but she just can‘t quite seem to forgive him (completely) and give in to her feelings (because let‘s be real - she obviously does care about him in some way). the writers could have made a clean cut for these two in season 3, there has been more than one opportunity to do so and yet they didn’t, which is one thing that still gives me hope for them in the upcoming episodes

I can’t believe the writers messed them up in the end, it makes me so upset,they deserved so much better than this lazy and inconsistent writing but I’m glad that Laurel confessed at the end that she missed him and had regrets,the way how they forced the thing with Wes was so ridiculous and not realistic and it ended up by ruining Laurel’s character,I can’t believe that the writers really exaggerated this relationship while they barely dated and she cheated on him with Frank during this romance,it was poorly written and annoying,Frank and Laurel had maybe toxic moments but they had a build up,foundation and chemistry,i wasn’t expecting a happy ending for them but I just wanted a better writing it’s like their mission was just to discredit them only to force with others ships,Laurel was so obsessed to find Frank for months,she cheated on Wes the first minute when she saw Frank come back in her life and suddenly they made her acting Laurel like a ridiculous widow who a big lovestory story with Wes,it doesn’t make a whole sense though I always think that she was overreacting because of her guilt over cheating on him and her family killing him

I totally agree!! eventhough painful, I can live with my ship sinking as long as the writing is good & consistent and it makes sense overall. but in frank‘s and laurel’s case it was non-sensical, inconsistent and lazy and also for no apparent reason whatsoever? WASTED potential!! also while toxic relationships shouldn‘t be glorified - the toxic relationship is fictional but my annoyance with wes & laurel and bonnie and frank is real, so

@@addictivefiction796 yeah it doesn’t make a whole sense,they paired them suddenly with other persons only when one of them was not in town,and they wanted us to believe this,okey the show wasn’t focused on love storylines but it’s like the writers didn’t know what consistency means,and yet I didn’t really hate Frank and Bonnie together it was less annoying than Laurel and Wes to me even though I definitely think that Frank and Bonnie shared more a sibling love rather than a romantic or passionate love,and also the thing that Bonnie accepted him as a monster was too cliche to me and not realistic I mean if you don’t want to change and think that killing people was the only solution for everything then I guess Bonnie was the right one but I did believe that Frank changed in a good way with Laurel,she made him stop hating himself like he said so I didn’t really understand all of this, but the thing with Wes especially after his death was probably the thing that pissed me the most in the show it was so illogical and not believable how they forced it,I mean even as friends they barely knew each other so how they could think that it’s gonna be believable if they forced the romance while she cheated on him and while they dated for like 2 weeks max,it was overdone and way too much to me

Gaz Elle charlie weber recently said in an interview that he doesn‘t know if they‘re gonna end up together or not. but well if you haven‘t seen season 5 yet - spoiler alert - so far they aren‘t together. they kinda were in the very first episode, at least they‘ve been hooking up for a couple of weeks and laurel also stayed at frank‘s, but she then told him she was gonna move out because she felt like she was using him and well he proposed and she rejected the proposal. since then it‘s been sorta tense between them and they don‘t really have lot of scene together, unfortunately. the ship doesn‘t seem dead yet tho. (hopefully) you can clearly see how much frank cares about laurel and the baby and how much he loves her, as for laurel it‘s now to see whether or not she does reciprocate his feelings eventually. (personally I think she does indeed have feelings for him, she just can‘t admit it) .. so yeah I think there might be a chance a love comeback for them if laurel is the one to make a move

Gaz Elle honestly I do ship them but I am currently conflicted, cause I want my mans frank to be happy & get the girl but at the same time laurel keeps annoying me with how she pretends she doesn‘t feel anything for him and she just liked him for the sex & for how good he is with her child. I don‘t buy it, but I am tired of her repeatedly breaking his heart. so yeah I hope laurel is gonna come to her senses and finally admit to herself and frank that she does have feelings for him or she’ll leave him alone for good. but yeah deepdown I am praying they‘ll actually get together and be happy for more than 3 episodes 😂

emily rose I think they both had their fair share of bad decisions. frank is „worse“ in terms of he‘s actually killed people but they both had their own demons and neither of them where „good“ (who truly is on that show tho lmao). I do think that frank truly did love her and he definitely deserved the same effort in return, however the whole s6 storyline they pulled especially with frank saying laurel‘s got a good heart and he tried to be normal for her but can‘t still doesn‘t sit right with me 😂

@@addictivefiction796 I never understood why the writers changed so much Laurel’s character, I mean in season 3 I felt that Laurel was more into Frank than him into her when he left she was like devasted and obsessed with him, she clearly understood that she loved him and told that to Bonnie, after she cheated on Wes as soon as she saw Frank, all those things should have point to the fact that she still in love with Frank and didn’t want to admit it because she felt some of guilt but the writers changed Laurel’s entiere personality and tried to convince us that Wes the man who dated like for 2 episodes and cheated on him was the love of her life omg it’s not a teen movie we clearly not buying this shit, the story of Frank and Laurel was clearly badly written in last seasons and with an illogical way

@@hannacal8347 I agree!! as someone who tends to root for ships who basically never are endgame and is therefore used to tragic storylines I would never just go „omg this is bad/sloppy writing“ just because things aren‘t going the way I personally would want them to. however I thought that in frank and laurel‘s case it was definitely sloppy writing. some things didn‘t add up at all (like wes being the love of laurel‘s life and bonnie suddenly being frank‘s after he spent YEARS pining after laurel and wanted to marry her like a season ago) & I never understood why they would throw them back together in s4 if they had no intention of properly carrying out their storyline. if frank and laurel weren‘t meant to end up together all right fine, but why not make a clean cut in s3 then, where they had plenty opportunities to do so for understandable reasons? idk if it was to bait the people who were still rooting for them or whatever but it was inconsistent / out of character writing from then on in my opinion

@@addictivefiction796 That’s it, honestly I don't ship a lot of tv couples and the ones I ship didn't end up together, I was a little bored but not frustrated because they weren't the victims of an incoherent scenario like it was for Frank and Laurel, the fact that they don't end up together I kinda expected it from the moment that Frank is a killer and Laurel wanted to get away from people like his family, but no one comes to tell me that Wes or Bonnie have suddenly become the loves of their lives with no build up, the worst is clearly the story with Wes, even the teen shows don't do that, how they could have exaggerated this story of 2 episodes where she cheated on him as soon as she saw Frank, how they wanted us to believe in this kind of story ... and then I clearly think that the fact that Karla Souza had left the series changed the writing, you clearly feel the change of scenario with flashbacks coming out of nowhere where we see Sam forbid e to Frank to be with Bonnie while Annalise was in favor, but in season 3 I remember very well that Annalise was shocked to learn that Bonnie had slept with Frank and even said to him "you finally made it sleeping with Frank ", and what made me laugh the most was Laurel who ends up telling Bonnie that she always hoped they would end up together even though she added that she says so as not to feel guilty of abandoning him it was clearly ridiculous, so she hoped that when she told Bonnie that she still loved Frank when he left, when she was the only one who cared about him when he left calling him et crying for him like every day, when she was borderline jealous to learn that they lived together, when she told Frank that she was in love with him ... I love HTGAWM for the plots and the twists but for the love stories I find them clearly not good And I agree if it was the plan from the start to put them with other people and make them the "loves of their lives" it could have stopped the story Frank and Laurel when Frank was gone and not made Laurel like devasted when he left or cheating on Wes with him, or made Frank loving again Laurel Btw sorry for the long comment 😅

@@hannacal8347 by all means don‘t apologize!! I love the mutual rejection of the show‘s writing when it comes to their storyline lmao. honestly all I can say is. I completely agree. people also tend to say people just didn‘t want frank with bonnie because they were bitter over frank and laurel and personally I can just say I didn‘t want them together romantically because I just did not see it, the chemistry just wasn‘t there for me at all and it did come sort of out of the blue and all rushed. I loved frank and bonnie‘s dynamic before! and yes what the actual hell was this whole „laurel approving of them“ stunt they pulled I remember telling my friend „watch them bring laurel back only to give frank and bonnie her blessing, honestly watch them go there“ and I REALLY wish they didn‘t y‘all 😂
